We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager for our two-sided digital marketplace. This is an exciting startup venture backed by an ASX100 company.
Our autonomous project team is small, experienced and open-minded. We’re based in Sydney, but our ambitions (and our funding) are set up to go global. This role is hands-on and senior: you will be reporting to the head of the venture, building your own team and collaborating with leaders to build CX processes from the ground up.
We’re open to contract or full-time applications. This is a highly autonomous and flexible role, with a competitive rate / salary. We’re looking to fill the position quickly, so apply as soon as possible.
